Exchange or Refund
Any exchange or refund must be made within ten (10) days of purchase date. Unexpected Finds may replace or refund items that are faulty or damaged in transit.
No refunds are available for change of mind. This includes ordering the incorrect design, type or quantity. Please check your order thoroughly at Check out. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items.
All items are inspected during packing and prior to posting. This ensures that they are free from defects. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once a product has been used, Unexpected Finds has no way to verify the legitimacy of faults and therefore will be unable to exchange or refund the item.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you believe the item is faulty or damaged, by emailing us at unexpected-finds@outlook.com. Please describe the issue you have, as well as supplying images of the faulty product.
We will assess whether we will exchange or refund for an item based on the circumstances of each case. Where a suitable replacement is not available for damaged items, a refund will be processed.
Sale Products
Any item purchased as a part of a sale is not eligible for replacement or refund.
